Hunter Wright is a strategist and leadership coach who is passionate about empowering high performance women to realize their full potential at work and in the world.

Wright developed AGENCY, a coaching and consulting firm focused on integrated and sustainable change, after nearly 20 years working with visionary art and business leaders in Minneapolis and New York. AGENCY coaching delivers results through 1:1 live coaching sessions, integrating the best global expertise, evidence-based research, and proven results for leadership excellence.

Wright holds a master’s degree from Columbia University GSAPP [Kinne Fellow], is a graduate of the Getty Leadership Institute, a National Arts Strategies Fellow, and holds a B.A. from The Colorado College. Wright is a Certified Professional Coach [certified Stanford University Design Your Life Coach, Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach, National Board of Medical Examiners Certified Health and Wellness Coach]. She is trained as a Young Presidents’ Organization [YPO] Moderator and studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR at the University of Minnesota Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing.

Hunter lives in Minneapolis with her husband and three daughters who fuel her curiosity, positivity, and drive for a better world.

The Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training and Certification Program is an all-inclusive training led by an array of Mayo Clinic experts. The content is founded on evidence-based research and theory of behavior change. It incorporates current published research by Mayo Clinic faculty into the effective elements of Wellness Coaching.

The Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training Program is coordinated and taught by clinical, scientific and practicing wellness coaches of Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Faculty members are chosen for their commitment to teaching, as well as clinical practice or research. Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training Program core faculty are credentialed as Nationally Board Certified- Health and Wellness Coaches by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching.
